The location was perfect for me. The cost was reasonable and the staff was extremely friendly.

It was an exceedingly large apartment for the price. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Amenities in the apartment were surprisingly good. I was quite pleased overall.

We had short stay. Most of all liked hospitality of staff in the hotel, we had the issue with tv and nonetheless it was already 11 pm lady from reception tried and found the solution to fix the problem and proposed us to change the room for our comfort, so very grateful for this. Room was clean and location was perfect for our purposes, close to ledra.

This place is so cozy! the staff are so nice and accommodating, and there's even a cat who lives in the hotel lobby, for cat-lovers, this is the place! we got a very big apartment, with an amazing kitchen, large rooms, and a porch with amazing breeze and view. we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located near many top-tier restaurants, a coffee shop, a bakery, a 247 kiosk and a small fresh-market nearby. They clean the rooms every day, and provide coffee, water and some fruits when checking in. Super recommended, we'll be back!

10/10 recommend. Mario and Dimitrios will make your stay exceed any expectations. It is not a new building, however conveniently located in the center of the city, easy parking, clean and spacious apartment with all amenities. However what makes this stay 10/10 is definitely the hospitality of the hosts, super kind and sweet constantly checking up on you and going out of their way to help. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel wasn't full, so they upgraded our room. Big space, comfortable beds, kitchen, balcony. Clean hotel. There is an elevator to reach upper floors. In the next building there is a small store. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff is exceptional,motivated and truly eager to help. The apartment was far beyond what I imagined in terms of size and comfort, with well-isolated, independent rooms. The location is outstanding,peaceful and quiet, right in the city center. From now on, every time I visit Nicosia, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Have stayed a few times here. Staff are very friendly, rooms are very clean and large also. there is a bakery just around the corner, so although there is no breakfast available, you have this option which is very convenient.
